About: Ken Allgood has been involved in the engineering and development of complex systems, both physical and virtual, for over 18 years. During that time he has led the design and implementation of Knowledge Management systems, Enterprise Portals, Learning Management Systems, and custom Collaboration Environments for DoD organizations and several Fortune 500 companies. Building upon this experience, he founded RDG in 2000 as an IT Systems integration company, and has since shifted the focus of the company to target real-world solutions within the Applied Cognitive and User-Centered Design realm. Ken is an active, contributing member of the Cognitive Science Society, the Association for Computing Machinery, and the American Society for Information Science and Technology.
