Alexis Lloyd
About: Alexis Lloyd is an interactive designer, information architect, and new media artist whose work includes interaction design, and data-driven multimedia art.
Alexis works for the New York Times Research and Development group as a Creative Technologist, where she conceives and designs new interfaces for exploring information. She holds an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design.

Who would you like to meet at IDEA?
Everyone! But especially people working with location-based interfaces and data visualization.
Will you be visiting any touristy spots in NYC? If so, which ones?
I live here, but I'm happy to help anyone find their way around or recommend interesting places to go.
Would you like to organize or attend an IDEA social outing (eg: foodie restaurant, bar-hop, or museum tour) ? If so what kind of outing?
I'll go just about anywhere if there's good food involved.
